A single 55-square-meter store set a record of RMB 1.57 million in monthly revenue. With its innovative approach of "Chinese pastries, Western techniques," the brand has redefined the traditional Chinese pastry industry. By combining cultural confidence with youth appeal and introducing a digital management platform for unified headquarters operations, the brand has become fresher, trendier, and more agile from the inside out. The founder had a strong awareness of brand identity and digital systems — for a strategy of dense offline store deployment, "removing manual processes" through a digital platform was essential to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Operationally, the company leverages its digital platform combined with offline chain retail economics to push per-square-meter revenue above RMB 20,000. Mature stores in Changsha and Guangzhou already achieve multiples of traditional bakery and fast-food store efficiency, continuously accelerating digital transformation to win the bakery sector's efficiency race.
