Who They Are

Qingdao Fuoka Trading Co., Ltd., founded in 1997, operates several well-known food brands including "Xiaolei," "Lichi Bakery," and "CROISSANT." The company owns more than 80 branded chain stores and a state-of-the-art industrial park, making it a leader in Qingdao's food production industry. The "Xiaolei" brand specializes in Chinese and Western pastries supplemented by noodles, snacks, meat products, and frozen foods, encompassing seven product series with nearly 600 varieties. In 2006, Fuoka partnered with France's Lizi to create the "Lichi" brand, combining in-store experiential consumption with retail purchases to create a space for bakery culture experiences. In 2010, Fuoka Group independently invested in China's first experiential bakery industrial park, featuring production lines for mooncakes, rice dumplings, toast, and glutinous rice balls. In 2018, the group's Xiaolei brand bread became the exclusive bread supplier for the SCO Qingdao Summit.
