By deploying SAP ERP + Ruiben Cloud, Shichao built a digital management platform integrating store marketing, operations management, central kitchen, warehousing and distribution, quality traceability, and accounting and analytics. Guangxi Nanning Shichao Pawang Restaurant Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006, specializing in chop-style fast food with a menu featuring chicken chops, pork chops, beef chops, and other chop rice dishes. Shichao Pawang incorporates internet-era thinking around equity, finance, crowdsourcing, and flexibility, building a complete enterprise system that achieves a fast-food operating model characterized by minimal oil fumes, no open flames, no chefs, simplicity, data-driven decisions, and intelligent operations. Over more than a decade, Shichao grew from a "mom-and-pop shop" into a restaurant "brand" with over 150 high-performing chain stores. Starting in 2015, Shichao established its "100 Cities, 10,000 Stores" strategic goal, but after about a year of execution, encountered the core challenges that define every chain enterprise's future: the dual challenge of "connecting" and "controlling."
