Facing fierce competition from online maternity e-commerce, Baby New — as a traditional brick-and-mortar chain — needed to retain customers through premium products and exceptional service while embracing new retail transformation. The SAP ERP + Ruiben Cloud platform for maternity "New Retail" + refined operations management helped Baby New build an integrated information platform encompassing sales, services, e-commerce, operations, and finance — bridging online and offline channels to comprehensively elevate the customer experience.
