PHNIX is an international innovation enterprise with 15 years of dedication to new energy and environmental technology, integrating product R&D, manufacturing, sales, and services. Its main products include air-source heat pumps, water purifiers, and air purifiers. The company controls five large manufacturing subsidiaries, listed on China's NEEQ ("New Third Board") in May 2016 and selected for the NEEQ Innovation Tier in 2017. Products are exported to over 50 countries and regions including North America, Europe, Australia, and South Africa, with pool heat pump exports ranking among the industry's top. PHNIX pioneered the "fission-style entrepreneurship" model — employees vote to select entrepreneurial leaders who then establish new business divisions and startup companies. To date, this approach has "fissioned" into more than 10 business divisions and companies, a model recognized by CEIBS and Hupan University as an organizational innovation case study.
