Founded in 2014, DERAY Bakery is an innovative frozen bakery finished-goods manufacturer. Unlike traditional bakeries, DERAY leverages cold-chain capabilities to produce premium baked goods aligned with industry trends of health, quality, and efficiency, providing category supplements for chain-store brands. With over 100 SKUs and a daily production capacity of 100,000 units, the company meets diverse consumer demands. DERAY operates its own factory, warehouse, and cold-chain logistics division, with the main warehouse in Shanghai and distribution hubs covering major city clusters across China, including Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Chengdu. Currently, DERAY has launched online stores in Shanghai and other cities, enabling professional ordering and group purchasing of all bakery and light-meal products via mobile phones. Through MTC's retail cloud solution, the Ruiben Cloud system, the company built its online store to make purchasing more convenient.
