Xiamen Chengtai Food Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive frozen food enterprise integrating processing and trading, specializing in premium beef, lamb, seafood, and Chinese and Western seasonings. The company is dedicated to developing and supplying raw materials for professional catering clients including hotels, restaurants, canteens, and Japanese/Korean cuisine establishments. In Xiamen, Chengtai has built a substantial business covering frozen beef and lamb retail, Chinese and Western ingredient sourcing, hotel and canteen supply, and family meal selections, with a sales network extending throughout the surrounding regions and long-term partnerships with numerous hotel and restaurant businesses across Fujian Province.
As the company expanded in scale and diversified its business lines, the legacy ERP system could no longer meet its growing demands. Business and financial data remained siloed, hindering further development. Chengtai chose SAP ERP to bridge business and financial data, establishing a multi-format group management model.
