This is the China entity of an international aero-engine manufacturer (foreign-invested in China), active across multiple aviation segments. As its China business grew quickly, it needed higher system performance and data-processing capability, and partnered with MTC to build a digital platform centered on SAP Business One.
The full upgrade was completed in three months: a unified, transparent management hub that auto-links transactions to G/L accounts, sharply reduces manual adjustments, and improves consolidation across dozens of reports to meet overseas HQ requirements. System speed improved markedly, order-entry efficiency rose by more than 50%, and finance-business collaboration and operating efficiency improved significantly.
