Company Profile
JSSI Semi was founded in September 2020 and provides outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services, including bumping, wire bonding, flip-chip packaging, system-in-package, heterogeneous integration and testing. The company completed four financing rounds between September 2020 and August 2021 while establishing production lines, cleanrooms, utilities, logistics and raw-material supply. JSSI Semi selected SAP ERP to standardize finance, procurement, inventory, production and quality processes and integrated SAP with MES through defined interfaces.
