Who They Are
Founded in 2012, Mobvoi is an artificial intelligence company focused on voice interaction and smart hardware. It has independently developed eight core technologies: signal processing, hotword detection, speech recognition, semantic analysis, language generation, dialogue management, vertical search, and speech synthesis. In 2013, after accumulating a solid AI technology foundation, Mobvoi explored voice-assistant products across multiple formats including WeChat service accounts, mobile apps, and Google platforms, entering a phase of applying AI technology to consumer-facing scenarios.
In 2015, the company launched TicWatch, its first self-developed product combining software and hardware, completing its first technology-product-business closed loop. In 2018, Mobvoi was recognized on the Hurun Greater China Unicorn List.
