Wanghai Feed Group was established in 1994 and operates more than a dozen subsidiaries, including Foshan Shunde Wanghai Feed Co., Ltd., Jiangmen Wanghai Feed Co., Ltd., Shunde Dingyi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Foshan Shunde Huobaoyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The group operates in aquatic and livestock feed, seedling breeding, animal health, farming, aquatic-product distribution and agricultural-product safety testing. As the business expanded, Wanghai partnered with MTC to implement SAP ERP as a common management platform. The project standardized core processes and consolidated data from factories and departments for group reporting and operational control.
