Who They Are
Xinjiang Tycoon Group was founded in 1996 as an agricultural enterprise group leveraging Xinjiang's distinctive farming resources, based in Xinjiang and extending into Central Asia. The group operates four interconnected business lines: plant protein (high-protein raw materials), animal feed, poultry farming, and swine farming, with 45 wholly-owned or majority-controlled subsidiaries established across prefectures, cities, and counties throughout Xinjiang. It has created holding platforms for four business segments, building an integrated value chain from plant protein processing through feed production to livestock breeding and food processing. Previously, Tycoon Group's headquarters and subsidiaries operated disconnected systems, creating information silos. Data could not flow between systems, making it impossible to achieve the unified, accurate data standards required for effective management. By implementing SAP ERP combined with the MTC Easy Farm pig-farming solution, Tycoon integrated the business and financial systems across all its subsidiaries, streamlined internal data, achieved finance-business integration, and elevated internal controls. Leveraging SAP's management and data analytics capabilities, the group achieved efficient formula and inventory turnover management as well as production balancing between the sales and procurement sides.
