Previously, Toray Advanced Polymerization had deployed separate ERP, MES, financial reconciliation, and trade processing management systems. These systems could not integrate with each other, creating information silos. Through SAP ERP, Toray consolidated its fragmented systems into a unified management platform, optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality.
