This Jiangsu-based medical-device manufacturer develops, produces and sells minimally invasive surgical instruments and consumables. The company needed to apply ISO 13485 controls across R&D, procurement, production, quality and delivery, while its PLM, OA, SRM, CRM, WMS and MES systems held separate records. It also needed compliant, traceable business and financial data for IPO audit work. MTC implemented SAP Business One as the data backbone and connected it with PLM, WeCom, OA, SRM, CRM, FineReport, WMS and MES. The resulting system supports shared master data and transaction records across departments, WMS integration, distributor online ordering, and consistent operational and financial reporting.
