AI First: the next accelerator for digitalization
Over the past year MTC kept pace with SAP’s AI innovation, launching an LLM-based enterprise AI-agent platform for HR, marketing and service scenarios, and winning an AI Technology Innovation award at SAP China Research’s “AI Gravity” contest.
Globalization 2.0: localized service with LinkedWorld
MTC set up in the US and earned SAP North America authorization in 2015. Its globalization has since shifted from “accompanying clients abroad” to “rooting locally,” and it co-founded the LinkedWorld alliance — now spanning 60+ countries with 200+ service centers, serving 15,000+ customers worldwide.
