On 8 February, MTC Group held its 2026 leadership conference in Tianjin. Leaders from the group, overseas entities and every business line reviewed 2025, distilled the value of SAP delivery, and set the 2026 blueprint.
Looking back: steady growth and global service
Over the past year the group pursued standardized management, shared resources, industry depth, global expansion and stronger SAP delivery and support — a dual engine of domestic and overseas. At the conference, CEO Special Awards went to the B1 team (MTC China Profit Champion) and MTC Japan (MTC International Profit Champion).
Through LinkedWorld collaboration MTC complements resources and deepens local service in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Tokyo and Los Angeles, serving nearly a hundred global companies with cross-region SAP solutions. In 2026 the group’s Singapore HQ goes live, using a “dual-HQ model” to cut cross-border implementation and support costs for outbound firms.
Sharing know-how: products in the AI era
Teams from China and the US shared AI across the project lifecycle, support and analytics; leads for MTC Easy Farm, Reabam, MDM, OA collaboration and BI analytics walked through their innovations and results.
